- Dose: 600 mg IV/IM q4-6hr;
- Not effective against
P. aeruginosa, Penicillinase producing
Staph aureus,
H.influenza, Neisseria, or anaerobes;
Note: Diffusion from Blood to CSF Good only with Inflammation;
